  • We had an incredible experience at Red Dirt Diner! The burgers were phenomenal: juicy, flavorful, and served on perfectly toasted buns with crisp toppings. Easily some of the best we’ve had on our trip. We were seated at the back, where the view was great, wide open scenery that really added to the whole vibe. The atmosphere inside blends cozy western charm with a relaxed diner feel. Service was top-notch: friendly, polite, and super quick. Everything came out fresh and hot without any wait. If you’re in the area and craving a great burger with a side of small-town charm and scenic views, don’t miss this place!

  • Amazing food and service. I got the pulled pork and it was tender big chunks of meat, very balanced flavors. My husband got the pastrami burger, which was just as delicious and well cooked. The fries and fry sauce are something special and a MUST get. The atmosphere and staff are amazing and so friendly. If in Hatch, you must try. And also the burger buns are buttery and airy

  • Rolled into town around 9:10 after a long day in Zions. This was one of the only places open. Such a gem of a spot! Service was great and super friendly; even though we came in the last hour. Food tasted amazing! Not just because we were hungry. I got the pastrami sandwich; the combination of pastrami, red peppers and bbq sauce on a perfectly toasted rye bread, was something I didn’t know I needed in life. Also the fries are perfect; crunchier than potato wedges, but still fluffy. Pulled pork sandwich and pastrami burger were also stars of the evening. If we’re ever back in Hatch, UT, we’ll definitely be stopping by!

  • We drove all day without really eating, got an AirBnB in Hatch needed food and THIS place made the end of trxel Heaven. My wife got the pulled pork and I, the pastrami burger both with fries. Everything from the look, balance of flavors, amount served, quality ingredients was phenomenal. What a pleasant surprise to find chef quality dining to take back to our little spot. We sat and just WOLFED going, "WOW" . Flaked salt on the fries with an amazing dipping sauce, fire pickle! You will not be disappointed, stop and enjoy the amazing surroundings and great service. Thank you Justin and fam!!! We will stop on the way out of hatch tomorrow!!!

  • Our group of 9 stopped at Red Dirt Dinner while traveling, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our diningin experience whiletraveling. The bison burgers were outstanding—rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The pastrami burger was just as impressive, and the blueberry mascarpone cake was also pretty good! What truly made the visit memorable was the service. Our both servers were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home even though we were just passing through. If you're ever in the area, don't miss this place!

  • Wanted a diner with good food and found it right here! Burgers were great and I was able to switch my patty to a veggie version. Sides were incredible and so was the beer. Only thing even better was the service. If you’re in the Bryce Canyon area make sure to come here.

  • Wish we had a place like this at home. We took a trip from SLC to Bryce Canyon for the weekend and decided to give this place a try after looking up food nearby and we’re so glad we did. Apparently they were about to close for the season the following Monday, so we made it just in time. John was our server and was so respectful and down to earth. We both got the Cowboy Burger and both agreed that this was the best burger we have ever had. We joked saying that this will be the “10 burger” that we compare all burgers to on a scale from 1-10 from here on out. We told John and he informed us that his wife was the cook and that they will be running the business next year when they open and we truly wish them the best, because they really deserve it. Thanks for the stellar service and amazing food! We’ll see you guys next year!
